I live on Vancouver Island, BC Canada and dungeness crab is my favorite. However it can be a lot of work so I love Atlantic Lobster too. Always best dipping in warm melted butter and fresh garlic.

I have only been to the SF Crustaceans place. It is epic!! Have been there a few times and it never dissapoints! My wife, who grew up there, would always talk about how great the noodles are. I was skeptical. I mean they are noodles. I was so wrong! The noodles are from another plave of existence!!!

To Lyn, in the Philippines, where I grew up, the tomalley as well as the roe of the cra b was eaten but that was three fourths of a century ago. I guess this has something to do with poison because the oceans are less clean now than it was before.
