Waller House Inn Policies

Reservations may be made through the our website, by phone (320-632-2836) or by mail (301 3rd St. SE. Little Falls, MN 56345).
Reservations will be held with a check or Credit card for half of the room rate. Full payment including tax will be collected at check in.
Cancellations made more than three weeks in advance will receive a refund of their deposit in the form of a gift certificate, minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than three weeks from reserved date will not receive a refund unless the room is booked by someone else. If the room is booked by another party, the first party will receive a refund of their deposit in the form of a gift certificate, minus a $15 processing fee.
6.5% state tax will be collected along with a 3%
City of Little Falls lodging tax.
Total tax to be collected is 9.5%.
Check in time is between 4 and 7 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Check out time is 11 a.m. Complimentary beverages are available for guests.
A full breakfast will be included as part of the lodging cost and will be served in the main dining room at 8:30 a.m. unless other arrangements are made. Other meals will be catered in, and they will need to be purchased separately. A menu for catered meals will be provided. Catered meals must be arranged 72 hours in advance.
Smoking is allowed on outdoor porch areas only.
Children are welcome, but most of them find us boring. Arrangements for children must be made at time of reservation. Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
No pets. Owners have a friendly dog who is restricted to owners private quarters and to fenced area of yard.
The Waller House is open 365 days a year. Cash, personal checks, Visa, or Mastercard will be accepted for payment.
